Q: Are your creations handmade?
A: Yes! Every creation is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail, making each creation unique.

Q: Will my bracelet fit?
A: Our bracelets are made with durable stretch cord and are designed to fit most wrists comfortably. All bracelets are 7 inches. If you need a custom size, please contact amerakicreations@gmail.com before ordering.

Q: How should I care of my creation?
A: Take a look on the back of your jewelry card! In case you missed it, keep your creation away from water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. When you're not wearing it, store it in a cool, dry place so it stays sparkling. 

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges. Although, if your creation is delivered damaged, please contact amerakicreations@gmail.com with images. We will make things right!!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 5–8 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
